We are Beth and Tenleigh Edwards, the co-founders of Beth’s Biscotti and Then Some!

We are mother/daughter lightworker duo that are on a serious mission to help spread love one bite at a time.

What we are: We are a mission-based bakery. We want to thank you all in advance for supporting this simple yet much needed mission. The world is desperately in need of some love and we believe we can help provide this love.

How do we plan to execute on our mission? By Collaborative mission-based projects that give back to the most vulnerable in our communities at home and afar.

Food insecurity is real, and unfortunately it is happening in our local communities as well around the world.

Beth’s Biscotti was founded with the premise that through food we can give back and help transform lives.

The Then Some in our name is ever evolving as more and more like-minded individual join our Community!

We envision helping children learn entrepreneurship, leadership, and math through cooking, give back to local growers via our relationship with the Coffee Trust, give second chances to those that need it through employment. Again, the Then Some is the key to Beth’s Biscotti. Sure, the OG Beth’s Biscotti is great, do not get us wrong, but the love we can spread with each bite is what is going to transform the world.
