Hence Beth’s Biscotti and Then Some was born!
Beth’s Biscotti was founded with the premise that
through food we can give back & help transform lives.
As with many American families, the 2020 pandemic brought massive changes to our daily living. Rather than live in fear, our family embraced this new normal and asked, “What can we do to help?”
We volunteered to feed families in need, helped children that were falling behind academically, got fit as a family… but we knew that we could do so much more.
